My friend Kelly had bought her new Navigator here and suggested I look at their inventory. I found a Used Navigator and Eric reached out to me to see if I wanted to test drive it. I live in the mountains so I couldn't get down for a week. We stayed in touch and were able to connect. The dealership was beautiful and everyone was so kind. Eric was amazing! I had 2 kids and 2 dogs with me and he was my last stop of a very long day. He was patient and kind and so helpful. Excellent service. Price was right on. They took my previous business into account and did not charge for unnecessary performs. It did take a little longer than hoped to fix the previously installed tire, but since that was no charge I was willing to wait.

Made the mistake of looking at new trucks while there and liked the F150 Flash a whole lot more than expected.

I went in to verify a tire sale/package deal from the online Ford site .... Service writer verified the details on the spot!!! so, I setup to come in to the Quick Lane at near opening time, 07:30, and was checked in by 07:40!!! I had an oil change+4 wheel alignment+4 new tires mounted and balanced+cabin air filter+engine air filter+detailed inspection report and truck ready to go by 10:30!!!! and below the estimated cost!!!! Everyone was pleasant to deal with, I actually enjoyed the service experience for a change!!!!!

First and foremost I’m a hard person to please when buying a vehicle and servicing my vehicles. I have purchased many vehicles from sill-terhar and because of fault of my own had to service them here as well. Let me tell you the owner and the people who work there always take care of us. My Volvo lease is coming due and best believe I’ll be
