We just leased a XC90 Recharge at Sill-TerHar Volvo. We are extremely happy with our decision on the vehicle and the location! Sill-TerHar Volvo has an amazing team of employees: Austin Edwards, Fred White and Steven Power. Austin Edwards is the sales person who worked with us. Austin is great to work with, very competent on the vehicles. He went out of his way to help us, answered all our questions. He took the time to analyze the price differences in purchasing compared to leasing. I felt he was on our team not pushing us at all, Austin was very eager to help us, he was never, put out answering our questions. Then Fred White negotiated the price with us and he worked hard to get us the best price and the most discounts. Fred was very professional to work with and he went out of his way to make sure we had the accessories we needed on the vehicle. Steven Power does the final contract and finance. Steven is outstanding! Steven went above and beyond when we needed to make a change; he worked for us and helped us get the changes we needed. We really felt Steven was on our side working for us. This team: Austin Edwards, Fred White and Steven Power are amazing. I highly recommend this dealership and more importantly this team of people. We are definitely going back for our next purchase to work with this team. Make sure you ask for them so you get the outstanding help.

Delightful car-buying experience. Professional, transparent and collaborative.

I'd been working with salesperson Eric Kimberlin for months awaiting the delivery of my new EX30. He was attentive, patient, informative, and nothing like a typical sales guy. When it finally arrived I enjoyed a brief and zero-pressure process with finance chief Steven Power.

I had a great experience with Sill-TerHar and words cannot explain how much I recommend this dealership. Out of all the Volvo dealers in Colorado, they had by far the best customer service, especially compared to Rickenbaugh who was extremely cold and unfriendly. When Sill-TerHar says they go the extra mile for their customers, they really mean it.

They both went out of their way to make the sale, and were happy to discuss different scenarios and payment options. Came in for a coolant leak. 350$ to tell me there was not one. 4 months later went to an indi shop who found…guess what a coolant leak on the turbo. They literally did not look at my car and paid them to do absolutely nothing. I will never go here again and will make sure none of my friends do either.

Ps take a look at their arrogant response that speaks for itself. A coolant pressure test - had it been properly performed would have identified this issue!!
