Fred is an awesome realtor to work with. My wife and I used a few other realtors before Fred, but always felt pressured to try and buy a house we didn't like and felt badgered to meet up when there were no houses that were interesting.
Working with Fred, was a breeze. He never pressured us, we only met up when there were interesting houses to look at, and he always gave his critical opinion on his house. Multiple times when we went to a house, he would say things like "this would be very difficult to resell" or "you'd probably be better to rent this than resell this". He would even be critical of the front yard/backyard/interior of the house. Nothing was off limits!
Fred always was looking out for us. When we finally found our house, Fred just started to randomly talk to neighbors for us to figure out who lived there, and what the community was like.
Lastly when we finally did move in, Fred sent me a bunch of his connects like electrician which ended up saving me a few thousand dollars!

Fred Solomon most definitely has that asset. In my opinion this has enabled him to find the best solutions for his clients.
