My husband and I were referred to go speak with Neely from South Shore Mortgage. Everyone told me to be skeptical of “ the mortgage broke”
, but we new some couples that have had an incredible experience with South Shore mortgage , so we gave it a shot.. we scheduled an appointment with Neely to go over our finances. She broke down all the numbers and showed us how we can safely buy a house without over budgeting. Everyone on the team helped us along the way and Successfully within three months we purchased a house from start to finish . Amen . I’m still in shock that we just bought our first home but we couldn’t have done it with out the help of this amazing team .. I truly mean that!!!
P. S- we worked with one of there recommended realtors Diana and their lawyer Judy .. they truly are the dream team. I highly recommend going to South Shore Mortgage if you have any questions. Thank you for all your hand holding along the way .. You’re the best.

Great Mortgage company! Bob Jacobsen was awesome to work with. He was very kind and answered all my questions with no issues, even when I was unsure of decisions and would change them. He would get back to me quick when I emailed or called him, and always put my mind at ease. He’s very personable and really listens to your wants and needs to help get you into a mortgage loan that you are comfortable with. The housing market is tough. I wasn’t sure if It was possible to buy a house and finally be a home owner. Bob Jacobsen, Frank and Neely helped make my dream come true. They guided me through the entire process. They were understanding about my concerns and was ready and available whenever I needed them. Bob and I talked on a few occasions after business hours and he even prepared offers on saturdays when he was out with his family in order to help me get offers on the table. And we made several… Frank was on his A game and even did research and made calls on my behalf to get things streamlined and ready for underwriting.
