I paid thirty seven dollars and fifty cents first star to block a company from removing money from my account. They told me they would do so. And they are still pulling money from the account without my permission. I give 0 stars until they can actually perform it. And prevent synchrony from pulling money from my account. I was promised that it wouldn't happen again.And it happened four days later.

Have been a customer with Star since 1981 and it has been a great choice. They have responded with excellent, excellent service with banking, car and home loans and Pension management. I look forward to many more years with Star.

There is a huge disconnect between going into the lobby or to the brick and mortar and getting service Carmen Brown and her team was excellent when you go in when you have an issue. I have never went online and felt it still customer service has ever been of any benefit to me whatsoever. I apply for a loan was for auto and I couldn't even be found in the system even though I got to turn down better. Also why can't you when you use your debit card show that it's been used to get a notification that's been using what the balance is 99% of the other debit cards out there can do this and for some reason that you guys can't I really would give the inside help we're going to the bank help five stars. But I don't know about the Online deal I have never ever felt though I was satisfied recording customer service ever. Bye

I have been a Star Bank customer for 17 years. When I started with Star, the service was excellent. Over the past 5 years I have been eliminating all of my business with the bank. Recently I paid my mortgage payment and I made a mistake on the check. I wrote it a penny short. I was called and notified that my account was delinquent and needed to be paid immediately. I was not in town at the time and had to ask my 17 year old daughter to go give them a penny after she got out of school so that I wouldn’t incur a late fee. I plan on not having any business with them within the next 6 months. This was not the only example of bad service I have experienced, only the most recent.

I've been a customer for more than 10 years and really like and appreciate this bank! It costs me nothing for my checking account and the excellent customer service! I also love the virtual tellers and mobile deposit which has been banking even more convenient! I'm sure I'll be with them for life!
