Statebridge is a despicable company. I have been fighting this crooked battle with them since they bought my 2nd mortgage. I wish they had a NEGATIVE Star rating choice. I know they won't post my review but I think it's time all of us disgruntled and constantly harassed customers get together and take them to court. They are criminal and need to be stopped.

I had to make a payment to keep my property to going into foreclosure. Called to make payment asked if it would be savings are checking. Savings because of my checking was in a negative. Seen it has not been taken out of my savings account about 3 days later called to make sure payment and says yes we have. Looked at my account day later and went through my checking instead of my savings when asked for payment so made my account even more negative. Asked for just taking what I had and the additional a few weeks later but no had to have full payment. If you won't take from savings why even ask. People not doing there jobs. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

When my mortgage was assigned to Statebridge I was concerned because of the reviews. Apparently, they have made upgrades because my experience has been wonderful. My home is in Mexico so my loan requires a bit more TLC. Any time that I have needed to contract them I have had absolutely no trouble getting the right person on the phone. The people I have spoken to have been very helpful and friendly. Most of my dealings have been with Debra Tate who has been amazingly responsive, helpful, and supportive. Dealing with Statebridge has actually been one of the best experiences I have had with a financial institution.

Paid them 16000 dollars after they threaten to take my fathers home. Still have not received any letters confirming or acknowledge payment was made, this was also a dang year ago! They are quick to try and take someone house but don't care to do their due diligence when it comes to mailing things out.

The most uncaring company I have ever had to deal with. They laughed at us. They do not file paperwork right. They do not care all they want is a money. My husband and I are trying. My home is being taken by a million dollar company! They pretend to have your back they do not. I pray and hope this company goes under. They do not have a heart. Don’t mess up!! You will pay and pay with your first born. Be careful!! Please people be careful.

God awful customer service. Dishonest with their phone support. Will tell you one thing and then later tell you something else that doesn’t align with the first thing.

For my situation, I made a double payment accidentally. Was told that I could get refunded with a check in the mail that takes 14 business days. What?

I call back to start the process. I’m told that because my next payment is due they can no longer send me back my extra payment. If you’re trying to just keep more of my money, that’s fine, just be up front about it.
