This is a terrible place to purchase a car my mother in-law purchased a van here recently, they have been consistent and reliable with they’re payments towards the van. My disabled father in-law was threatened and harassed very badly by the mechanic a larger man, I would not recommend this lot. Very unprofessional and terrible service. And if you do read you reviews here you have some serious improvements to make before you even call yourself a business.

This is a predatory car lot they are not honest. The mechanics do not know how to fix anything if you call them mechanics they rig stuff. We bought a car and found the frame bolts falling out and the front suspension was worn out We found the radiator leaking they said they would fix everything but never did if you want to be screwed out of your money come to this place it's a matter of time this place to be investigated and closed down

Horrible customer service and an absolutely rude and ignorant mechanic. They sell broken cars and lie about there being no problems, and then when they’re confronted about it they blame the person they sold it to. A check engine light should not come on less than a week after a vehicle is bought if there is “nothing wrong with it”. Would give zero stars if possible. Hope the mechanic learns some manners.

We have never experienced a more attentive and honest, direct, no manipulating words, Clear cut, hard working group of people whose teamwork and focus are all %100 on making your car buying experience a breeze, NOT EVEN STUCK THERE FOR HOURS! WHAT!?! We were so impressed with Britney and Shelly when we bought my car, They even provided our transportation for us about 30 miles away. The terms were indicative of our requests, So fast and pleasant. Its like they knew us like family! We actually went back and bought our grandson a car. A new daddy of twin babies! They would not be using my FIAT 500 POP 🥰, It was unanimous
we looked on line found the perfect car located at SUPERIOR AUTO GROUP, We called Shelly and Britney, Another satisfied customer. They also have a fair warranty. very reasonable prices and easy financing, We are so pleased as we left in the 2 new cars, My husband and I put our phones through the stereo system,, The whole way home all wet could talk about was this big beautiful 4x4 black truck, Literally, I despise car lots and salesmen. But we have now purchased 3 vehicles from Superior Auto Group in less than 6 months! That's how painless and affordable their inventory of quality automobiles is 3 times, And I am excited about going back. We have 2 more teen grandsons about ready for a car. We will be going to SUPERIOR AUTO GROUP OF YUBA CITY. My new playground, ❣️

I used to love this place and thought they really took care of their clients. Not even three months after I had the vehicle it started going wrong not even two weeks. It started going wrong. I went back to the dealership. They couldn’t do nothing about it. I called. Couldn’t do anything about it. The car doesn’t drive so I got that I should come back every year so I can trade the car in. To see if I could drop it off at their auto shop and then I get no response back so I called over and over and over and no answer. I really thought this place would take care of people better than this.

Never get a car from superior. When they get a car and it won't pass smog they will just smog it illegally because they also own a smog shop called superior smog. They smog it illegally then when you have to smog it again in a year and a half later your screwed. It happened to me and 3 other people I know. And the lady Shelly is hella rude to you after you buy your automobile. They will screw you then be rude to you

If I could give 0 stars I would they will take your money and give you a lemon car and blame you for the problems with the car. Our car almost caught on fire and the transmission was acting up about a week in of having it . We are taking this place to court and we have pictures and text that are time stamped!!!!!! SMH hate crooks DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS PLACE I WOULD RATHER BUY A CAR ON CRAIGSLIST OR MARKETPLACE !!!!!
