Yay! Our new favorite Japanese restaurant. We've been here multiple times already because the food and service are great. We are so happy to finally have unlimited sushi here in NOCO. At first, we thought it was just like any other sushi place in Aurora or Denver, but Sushi Fi has the best sushi, appetizer, and kitchen menus. I really like the beef yakisoba & sushi fi volcano sushi. The beef was so soft, not rubbery. We can really tell that the chef put effort into preparing the meal. For the sushi, the rice and sliced was too thick but overall it still tastes fine. Gyoza & sauce was very good! Can't wait to go back again.

Overall, I was very satisfied and feel like I got my money’s worth from the all-you-can-eat (basic) menu. Nothing I tried was in any way bad. I especially enjoyed the baked mussels appetizer, and had to order seconds on that. The fish was fresh and prepared well. The sushi rolls were sturdy. The portions were generous for the most part. I’ve certainly had better sushi elsewhere, but this was by no means bad. I would eat here again. I’d suggest skipping breakfast beforehand to take advantage of the all-you-can-eat offer to the fullest.

The sushi is very yummy. My friend and I went there for lunch and dinner. The lunch and dinner menu is the same. We tried individual dishes (a la carte) not the All-you-can-eat. Food tasted very fresh. The yakisoba noodles dish was delicious. Less people at lunch time. The service is good. Sushi is made to order so it's a little slow but reasonable.

Sushi-Fi has that all-you-can-eat option, yes, but don’t make the mistake of thinking this place is about quantity over quality. It’s about a commitment to craft that’s reflected in every piece of nigiri, every roll, every tiny, meticulous cut the chef makes. You’ll watch as they sculpt tuna, salmon, and eel into masterpieces that rival anything you’d find in the poshest eateries of Tokyo or New York. The fish is remarkably fresh, so much so you’d think the ocean’s just a few miles down the road instead of 1,000 miles away.

What’s striking about Sushi-Fi is that it doesn’t lean into pretension. The quality is five-star, no question, but the ambiance remains welcoming, intimate. Every detail matters here. The napkins feel soft as linen and hint at the care behind every choice made at Sushi-Fi. Even the water — yes, the water — tastes somehow purer, chilled just right, like it’s part of the overall experience, part of the magic.

But let’s talk about the service, the team that keeps this place buzzing. They treat every guest like a regular, like they’ve known you for years. They’re attentive without hovering, ready with an explanation for each dish, each ingredient. And it’s rare to find service like this, especially in an all-you-can-eat place, where people are usually trying to get you in and out. Not here. Sushi-Fi’s staff seems to genuinely care that you enjoy every single bite.

There’s something beautiful about discovering a place that feels like it shouldn’t be where it is — a restaurant that, by some grace of the gods, has chosen Fort Collins to make its mark. Sushi-Fi is that place. And if you’re lucky enough to sit at the counter, to watch the chefs at work, you’ll see firsthand that Sushi-Fi is more than a meal; it’s an art gallery, an exhibition of what sushi can be when there’s passion, respect, and precision in every movement, every choice, every bite.

THE BEST SUSHI IN FORT COLLINS. My fiancé and I went for a date night and did the premium all you can eat and every single thing absolutely exceeded our expectations. The gyoza was my favorite, the sauce is incredible! The owners were so personable and the hospitality was very refreshing. We’re so excited to have found our new favorite sushi spot!!

Wow. This place just opened a couple of weeks ago and I’m so impressed. Our server Mimi was so incredibly kind and welcoming. We loved her attitude and demeanor - the food was excellent! She made great suggestions on sake based on what we were looking for (and now we have a new favorite)! My husband already wants to come back later this week! Best sushi in Fort Collins. I was very skeptical at first when someone told me that the new Nemo place was excellent and all you can eat. Well let me tell you that I was not disappointed at all and it was simply delicious for the money and the staff did a great job getting the food out in a timely manner Considering they were packed.
The fish quality was also very high compared to other local sushi restaurants. I never order tuna because it's always too grainy and the tuna was so delicate. A must try.

We had a great experience at sushi-fi! We did the basic all you can eat and were very happy with the quality of the rolls, appetizers, and soup. Everything came out in a very timely manner and the rolls had the perfect ratio of fish. Our waitress was lovely and was so attentive. Will definitely be back!
