Quality service at its best! I visited Take 5 Oil Change in O.S. and I was so thankful for the quality of customer service I received. It started with the greeting and continued throughout the visit. I conversed with several of their professional technicians and each one was polite and knowledgeable. They explained what was being checked and why, offered other services besides an oil change (changed my cabin filter...I will now check more often!), and most importantly, they explained the cost associated with the services prior to executing. I've visited three times and each experience was the same...Amazing! Take 5 has set the bar for what I expect from an oil change company!

I am so thankful for the gentlemen that work at OS Take 5. They are always courteous and kind and do not try to rip me off with things that are unnecessary just because I am a lady. Everyone was very polite to and respectful of me, giving me a bottle of water and asking before they opened my door to look at the tire pressure limit. I even learned from one of the techs that my tire pressure light constantly being on meant that I needed air, and not that my pressure sensors were out (like my latest mechanic told me in hopes of me paying a lot of money to get it fixed). I will continue to patronize this establishment.
