I wasn’t going to leave a review because I try to be understanding but no. I’m sitting here frustrated with my car that’s been in the shop for a week. They sold me a bmw 330i with multiple leaks and other little things messed up with it and they still have me paying deferred payments on my down payment lol you would think they would show a little gratitude considering I dropped a couple thousand to get in the vehicle and a few more thousand fixing the dumb car. Don’t go here unless you have maintenance money! I could’ve just bought a cash car with all the money I’ve spent on repairs. Smh
That’s not even all the receipts and labor I’ve paid for it’s freaking ridiculous

Was going to buy a car here thru their buy here pay here. Have a job its just the down season so my paystubs dont reflect my usual earnings Season picks up next week went here 3gs in hand filled out the app sent in the promisary note from my job was told i was approved but the finance manager wasnt in to fill out the actual car buyin paper work. Called today she wont answer text or calls (she used her personal or a personal number) called the actual place they are still waiting to hear something for corporate. Waste of time tbh. I told the girl my time constraints and everything. She basically let me know its ok to go somewhere else….dont waste your time… half the cars are messed up anyways cracked windshields side swiped bent ip dented fenders side panels etc. i was hopeful to come put something positive up here after all the negative….but save yourself

Ended up goin to jeslo auto def recommend them. they are an actual buy here pay here don’t run credit offer a warranty cars are 1500 down payment and up. Paid off in 2

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The most unprofessional people we have ever met. Do NOT buy your car from here! Please save your money and go somewhere else. We bought the Infiniti QX56 from here and 1 week later the transmission messed up, they told us they fixed it and 1 month later it started over heating, and it wouldn’t turn on. So many things that were wrong with that SUV. When we asked to speak to a manager the front desk lady refused to let us speak to him. She would just give us excuses. We tried to communicate with her but she would decline our calls multiple times, she’d hang up on us when she did answer. What kind of place does that The most unprofessional place!! Please save your money. All they did was lie to us. We should have listened to the other bad reviews they had.

At first I was a little unsure about going here because of the reviews. However, when I called the dealership they told me that they are under a new management and answered any questions I had. I was so happy to go there and get helped…
They did an Amazing job helping me pick out my new vehicle and I don’t regret my purchase at all.
The process was easy and they helped me every step of the way.

I was in search of a reliable used vehicle. I was little unsure of going to Texas National Auto after reading some of the reviews. However, I called the dealership to ask questions and found them to be very open and honest. The dealership is under new management. When I arrived, the salesperson was very helpful and found me a great used car. The process was easy. I will defiantly return in future when I am in need of a good reliable used car.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are friendly at first to get you in the door but once you leave with the vehicle they no longer care about you or the issues you have with the vehicle. I got a 2012 Toyota Highlander from them and the day after we got it. It completely died. Went and bought a battery for it because I called and the salesman that helped us said the battery was probably bad. Well that evening going out to dinner with family it cut off on us again at the light of a busy intersection.! Some guys helped us move it out the way. Now here we are 2 months later and it’s still giving issues. We took it to them to fix it because they said it was a fuel relay. When I got it back I was left with hardly any gas in it and come to find out the salesman that drove it around NEVER changed the fuel relay.! He just drove my vehicle around town and wasted gas.! Now it won’t stay on for long without turning off on me and my husband had to buy a bike to go to work because when I called they said since it was bank financed we have to take it up with the bank and see if they will work with us. The bank says to talk to the dealership or try to trade it in somewhere else and since it has negative equity find a dealership that will take it.! What a joke of a dealership and a waste of time.!!!! Please go somewhere else and stay away from this place.!!!!! All they care about is money.! No responsibility to help you when the vehicle you got from them messed up but they will gladly take your money.! Best advice I can give is to fix your credit and go to a better and bigger dealership. Do your research before buying from places like these.!
