Not a customer...never will be. Went to the location to cash a check written on their bank. First they want $8 to cash a check written on one of their accounts and then they wanted social security number, place of employment etc to cash the check. They already had my license and fingerprint. Nope , I'll just deposit it at my bank and won't accept checks from Bank of MO.

It is important to me that the tellers and managers know me by name and even recognize my voice when I walk in. They even know my tenants who pay their rent into a special account Ashley, the manager at the Ozark Branch, setup and I can manage online.
There are all kinds of money management apps out there but nothing compares to the personal human connection I receive from Bank of Missouri.

No matter what my needs are, they've been met. I am extremely happy I switched my acct to Bank of Missouri from Bank of America, the ease of the mobile app, and even my face to face at the drive through (yes, they have drive through) has been nothing but positive. Thank you for making my life easier. Great job!!

I really like banking here. Everyone is nice and it's the best interest we could find.

My only complaint is that you have to go to the branch during business hours to make a deposit over $500. You cannot deposit in the ATM and the app is limited to $500.
