As a first time home buyer, Ian had made the experience an easy and smooth process. He was always available to answer any questions and concerns my husband and I had. He made us both feel comfortable and always updated us on the loan status. Ian Ejay of the Ian Joseph Group was very personable and professional. My husband and I we’re looking for a person that would make sure that we got the best interest rate, was honest and who had our best interest at heart. Ian was in constant communication with us through the whole process. When we had questions Ian was available and if he was not he called back promptly. This is a person who educates you as your going through the whole process. When we received our keys to our new home Ian called to congratulate us and thank us for choosing him. That definitely showed he was not just trying to make money, he was developing a friendship with us and that says a lot about his character and business practices.
