I have used the HI-FI shop in Riverdale multiple times and they have been great to work with. They know what they are doing and are honest in what you actually need. We brought our can cam to have stage 6 system installed and from the moment we walked in the door to the date of installation, everyone was extremely helpful and no pressure put on us. The sales rep gave us 2 quotes and scheduled the installation. I will add we also had a pin that was missing from the windshield and when I called the rep looked for it and explained one could have fallen off which was understandable and could have been but with no questions asked he ordered new pins! Thank you HI FI SHOP we will be sending all our friends and family to you! Highly recommend

Can't recommend enough! I first came to the Hi-Fi shop around 2009. I knew nothing of car audio. They helped guide me to make the best choice to get started. I had the same Rockford 12" for >a decade and had zero issues with it.

Since then, they have helped me install things in 3 different cars. Every single one has been a great experience! Even with all the changes in tech over the last decade, I feel like they have always delivered fair prices. And most importantly, high quality work.

I don’t know if this is even worth saying something because I’m not typically one to leave reviews. I got my subwoofers installed today and they were very nice to me. They had my car done early and they did an amazing job at setting everything up. But when I got home and looked in my trunk and remembered I had a blanket in there and a bin of car supplies. It had snowed in the morning. And when I checked, my blanket was soaked in water and covered in mud as well as my bin of stuff. I had to throw that stuff out because I just couldn’t keep it anymore. I know it is partially my fault for leaving it in there. I just find it odd that they treated me so kindly and then when I’m not there they just threw all of my stuff on the ground and treated it poorly. I just wish they would’ve told me to take my stuff out before hand of the appointment (I made it a week in advance and called multiple times). Or at least let me know if it was an accident or something.

Very impressed with customer service, quality install was beyond expectations. Couldn’t tell what or even if, a panel was touched. They talked to me about how to “break in my sub”. I’m very new to the sub scene. Nick was super helpful about what I was looking for, knowing what my car could handle was a big plus. He mentioned the Sony and my Sync 3. Without even asking. … I have a 2019 Ford Fusion SEL with the sync 3… stock speakers sound good but lack the bass I was used to coming from an Audi A4 with the Bang and Olufsen surround sound I urged for. Took only 4 hours to install. Got a call and was able to pick up ASAP. Waited only 10 days for my appointment to be fulfilled,worth every penny! Nick said that “trunks” don’t usually sound as good compared to a suv because of the open air but, if you have a fusion in this generation, it’ll shake your your body from the inside and barely hear anything outside which takes my breath away. No rattles from the interior I should mention, just follow what they say and be responsible. You don’t spend this money to blow it in a day. Will be a lifetime customer for sure. Shot out to Kyle for the install! Got a 12” Rockford P2. With ported box, 750 watts. Very impressed !!

They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, the prices were very reasonable and all the needed parts were in stock which surprised me given my vehicle is an 06. I was able to get an installation appointment within under a week and I’m very impressed with how great it looks. I’m happy I chose these guys!
