The whole process was streamlined and efficient especially during e-doc review and signing, and I especially appreciated the timely communication via video updates. This was totally, by far, the best home buying experience from beginning to end. I closed on time and ahead of schedule just in time for Christmas.

This company is impossible to get in touch with. I have needed specific help since April and I have constantly tried to reach Justin and his team (Via email, text, phone call, voicemails, calling the supposed support line ) to get responses and to get my assistance. I am locked in with this company and literally cannot do anything without being able to contact them. Maybe that’s the intent, that way they can keep business. But here we are at the end of November and I have yet to be able to get in touch with somebody and have an actual conversation.

Desdanie O'Neal and Cesar Favela were extremely helpful and very prompt in replying to messages.

Cesar was first to meet and assist me with financial questions. He was so quick to return financial forecasts when I was trying to figure out how much home I could afford. I never felt like I was in a line of people. Cesar remembered my email quips and responded accordingly. He was friendly, fun, professional, and a great Senior Loan Officer.

Desdanie came on board when things started to heat up and I found a house. She was consistent, prompt and very personable.
I could text or email her and get answers quickly. I was new to the process and she helped every step of the way and post closing. I very much appreciate Desdanie's involvement and couldn't have asked for a better Transactions Manager.

The four stars is because at the beginning of the contract process, I texted and left messages for Justin who didn't respond to several messages for more than two weeks. We had spoken many months prior (6 months or more). We communicated through text a few times before the process began to start the contract. He was my chosen contact, had my information to begin, and I couldn't get him to respond.

I was upset because I felt that I should've at least been redirected to someone if Justin wasn't available.

Finally, I was able to talk to Cesar (I don't recall how). Who was able to better my experience and bring some consistency to the process.

The final processing with Desdanie was smooth and overall I was very pleased to have knowledgeable, friendly people help me have an almost stress-free house-buying experience.
