Buyer be very aware.. We made an appointment to have new tires put on our car at Tire Pros Yucca Valley CA. After picking up the car we noticed all 4 rims were damaged and the new tires put on the car did not look like new tires. We went right back to the store and tried talking with the store manager about the situation. The owner was not there at that time. The store manager told us that the rims were already damaged and would do nothing but argue. The car is well cared for, garaged and in pristine shape. The next day we took the car down to our dealership for a review. The dealership found that one tire was from 2021, two from 2022, and one from 2024, and they said it appears these tires had been outside in the sun and were dry-rotted. We were also informed that tires over 5 years old can no longer be professionally repaired if a repair becomes necessary. We paid just over $2000.00 for these tires! See pictures below taken immediately after the tires we put on.

We were able to have the tires replaced by another tire dealer a day later and made an appointment for the following week to have the rims repaired. We took the dry-rotted tires back to Tire Pros of Yucca Valley. Tire Pros refused to take any ownership in selling us old dry-rotted tires and had no intention of refunding our money for the tires or for the cost of repairing all four rims. It cost $720.93 to have the rims repaired! The owner of Tire Pros of Yucca Valley was belligerent, unprofessional, and certainly lacking in integrity. Happily, we were able to stop the credit card payment on the tires at Tire Pros as they had no intention of refunding our money or paying for the damaged rims. Please beware...

I was rolling around with a nail in my tire for a while, dreading going somewhere so they can tell me it’s not patchable and I have to get all new tires. One stop here and minutes later the tire is fixed and my bill is only $20. Great service, speedy service and friendly service. Will be back with my next nail for sure!

Excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was quoted a price and turn around time for the tire service and both were met. My husband recommended I go there after he had his tires fixed. I will recommend also.
