Eddie and Scott will get you taken care of. I’ve bought 2 trucks from town and a country. Both times were a great smooth easy process. Eddie in the GM building is a top notch salesman and
Scott in the Chrysler building is the magic man behind the computer, working the numbers and got me right where I needed to be. Between the two of them they made it happen. Thanks again guys 🤝🏽

I took my 2016 D Max work truck in to Chevy service,to get the egr recirculating pipe replaced due to a hole in it. They got the parts in fast and got it (fixed) fast.After driving it a few weeks I popped the hood to check the fluids and saw the intake piece they had taken off to do the job loose and hanging out a few inches from where it goes,(see pics)😡. I can only imagine all the dust and particles that it sucked in there and went through the engine while the part was off due to not tightening or putting the bolts in and finishing the job properly……(I am now worried 😦 about all the other bolts and gaskets that got removed to do the job and are they tight or put back in the right place ?. To be clear I got the work done at the dealer even though the cost is very high hoping that because Chevy is what they should know in and out and do excellent work, this is what I got….😡. When I called and asked about it the response was bring it in,I’m sure we have plenty of bolts laying around the shop 😡

I had a great experience at this dealership a couple of weeks ago, and worked with Eddie Valdez to make my dream vehicle happen. He was super friendly and helpful and made the entire process run smoothly. If youre in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend reaching out to Eddie.

had a very disappointing experience with Town and Country Ford. My truck was in the shop for over a month due to a failed CP4 fuel pump, and during that time, the service department was unresponsive and unhelpful. They claimed my fuel was contaminated, but it was actually metal shavings from the fuel pump. When I asked for fuel samples to verify this, they refused to provide any.

I also attempted to trade in my truck, but their sales staff were nowhere to be found. When I finally did get in touch with someone, they offered me $20,000 less than the truck’s market value, which felt humiliating and like an attempt to take advantage of me. It was clear that they were not interested in providing a fair deal or customer service.

I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Customer care and transparency were seriously lacking, and I felt misled throughout the process.

I took my RAM 3500 here 10/9/2024 and a new dash was ordered. I was promised that it would be in and installed no later than 10/31/2024. I never received an update or a call back after calling for a status. I was simply left ignored and my truck still hasn’t been fixed. TERRIBLE customer service. CANNOT recommend.

We have a 2019 F 350 and tow a small fifth wheel. While on vacation to Durango our truck overheated and shut down on a Sunday. Was able to get a tow to the nearest
Ford dealer, which unfortunately was this one in Alamosa. After waiting for three days the service manager is still “trying to work us in”.. Terrible customer service, no regard for our situation, terrible representation for Ford. Do Not Go Here!!! Especially if you have warranty work and are broke down. We have talked to Ford Corporate and a complaint has been filed. Ford Corporate has been very helpful and even contacted this dealership to see if they could expedite service. No Luck even with corporate requesting it. Still waiting to see how Ford is going to resolve this issue and how we are going to be compensated for all the additional costs we are incurring and the total disruption this has caused. Shame on you for how badly you have treated long time Ford customers in time of crisis!
