Ashton was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about the inventory, zero high pressure. Even though I walked in 5 min before close, he still sat with me for about 15 min looking into a few questions I had about their used cars.

That's stellar service right there!

If I could choose one star I would. I called them about my 04 Chevy 1500. They said sure we can get it in the next day. 3 weeks later they call me on a Thursday and say "finally got to your pickup looked at. It's too modified and it's going to cost $2, 000 to diagnose. So I'm not really reviewing the quality of work because they did none. I will say their communication skills are zero. They dodged our phone calls for 2 weeks. They then proceeded to lie to us multiple times. As far as the service department of transwest Sterling Colorado. The service manager is named Dave and he is absolutely not to be trusted. I'm not sure of the name of their tech but he is also a liar.

Please don't let them waste your time like they wasted mine. I can't explain how angry I am and if there was a way for me to upload pictures of my pickup and the underside of it to prove that it is stock I definitely would.

Took my Yukon in to get air conditioning fixed. They said it was going to cost 2800 bucks. I couldn't afford that and they still charged 550 dollars to get my truck out. Still not working. They definitely scammed me

Thank you to the service team for being absolutely amazing! I hit a tire on the highway and tore up some parts on the underside of my car. They were so wonderful in getting my car in and back on the road quicker than quoted. The price was also about what I had expected. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful!

Had an amazing experience at Transwest in Sterling! Dealt with Landon Doiel he has sold me 6+ cars. Went to sterling from Wiggins just because of this man! Highly recommended if you’re on the market go to Transwest in Sterling and ask for Landon Doiel aka Dealin’ Doiel!!!

Truly fantastic car buying experience! First time purchasing a vehicle at Transwest. I have stopped here twice traveling through the area and both times they had what I needed in stock and were able to get me right back on the road. That's incredibly rare for the my vehicle. Good place with a knowledgeable service department.
