Do not waste your time like they wasted mine. They first charge you $500 application fee to do their due diligence which lasted about five months. They ask you for all these documents to finally say that you are approved, then they rescind the offer by asking you to send more documents that we already signed. They eventually denied our application after a roller coaster ride of asking detailed and personal questions about my past. I asked for them to return my application fee to no response. You will have better luck with a FDIC bank than these bozos. STAY AWAY!!! SCAM ALERT!ll Side note: if they take 5000 applications per year at $500 a clip, that is a good side hustle for any business. You are their source of income! LOL

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with TruFund Financial Services. As a small business owner, I was in need of a loan and thought that TruFund could be a good option for me. However, I soon found out that this company is only good if you have a cookie cutter tax return.

Despite their claims of offering loans to small business owners, TruFund Financial Services did not take the time to review my tax returns properly. They claimed that my returns were too complex and that they did not understand real estate depreciation, which they referred to as a phantom expense. I found this extremely frustrating, as I had spent a great deal of time preparing my tax returns and ensuring that they were accurate.

I felt that TruFund Financial Services was extremely selective in their lending practices and did not truly understand the needs of small business owners. Their lack of knowledge about real estate depreciation, which is a crucial factor in many businesses, was concerning and showed me that they were not equipped to handle more complex loan applications.

Overall, I would not recommend TruFund Financial Services to anyone who has anything other than a simple, straightforward tax return. If you are a small business owner with more complex financial needs, I suggest looking elsewhere for financing.

Trufund is an unprofessional and slow organization that process total of 3 application, One for PPP that wasn't processed on time because the department who processed it doesn't have any knowledge about deadline, and the same happened to customer that I referred them to apply through trufund. Most recently I declined a loan from the government agency, and it processed slowly after 8 months since applied and came up with an amount less than what I applied for. Please donot use them to apply for any type of loan as they claim themself CDFI, and they aren't qualified to be a CDFI.

I was with this bank for 2 months for a small business loan, and they wasted my time, they requested many documents which I gave them all, everything was fine and they said that one person on the committee did not like the credit and went back, unprofessional They did not send any letters explaining absolutely no response, except that we called and pressured them to tell us the truth, we had been waiting for more than 2 months! I never recommend this bank!!!
