We have a 2014 jeep Cherokee trail hawk that we had to have them do a recall on to repair a rear door module. So when we scheduled it we also wanted the key fobs programmed and the cabin filter checked because when we bought the vehicle it had a strange smell to it so it was in our work order to have those things done. When we picked it up the tech was unable to program the key fobs. Now I totally understand this due to they were after market key fobs so not a huge deal. But after getting home and my wife telling me that there's vertualy no air coming from the vents and the smell was still present I decided to check the cabin filter myself. Well I guess these days you can't trust anyone or anything that they say because they had told me the cabin filter was checked and was fine. To me this was never changed since new so how could you trust the tech to program the key fobs if he didn't actually even check the cabin filter as stated on my work and as I was told it was checked. I reached out to the service department and emailed pictures to them with no response.I was not looking for something for free but I don't like being lied to when this was something that was so easy to do.The people in the service department writing up the order were very professional and great but in my opinion there tech needs to be informed of this so it can be corrected to not happen to others as well as to even more important repairs that could cause injurys or even worse.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have given this dealership plenty of business with 2 different 2500 Cummins. My VERY last experience will be my last. And I advise everyone to look elsewhere. I purchased a brand new 2024 2500 Cummins, the one thing it missed was spray in bed liner. Before making my 1st payment on this 80k purchase, I made the decision to have Tubbs spray in Rhino liner. Haha I received my truck after liner was in, with my power folding mirrors manually pushed in and out of sync with each other. The cover for the 120v receptacle in the bed was off and the screw backers non-existence to properly fix. My tonneau cover was installed incorrectly, there is 6 clamps that hold railing down. Only 2 were correctly installed. And LAST and the most gut wrenching, is the photos included. My bed side clear coat was completely TRASHed by this company. The carelessness to do a job and hand it back in that condition BLOWS MY MIND!!!!. TUBBS claimed they could fix. My truck went back and they got maybe 80% fixed. But still leaving behind nice DEEP scratches. Tubbs response is they can paint the bed side... are you KIDDING ME I trusted you to paint the inside of my bed, and got in returned a damaged bed side. Why would I trust this company to touch my truck? Couldn't rhino liner a bed I doubt you can successfully paint a bedside to match. Oh and all communication completely stopped with no return call back after several attempts from the manager. STAY AWAY!!!

Update, I changed my review. Though it was a long stressful process. After my review here on Google. The owner of Tubbs, within a few hours, responded to contact him. I did so and met with him, and he made it RIGHT!!! I can't express the amount of professionalism from the owner and doing whatever he could to make it right. I was impressed.

Had my car in the collision shop for an insurance claim. Upon pick I it was washed and cleaned inside and out and they were very good to work with. Totally impressed with the collision shop and when I had my oil changed a few weeks ago. Totally appreciated them both times and would recommend.

I had a great experience with purchasing my used vehicle here. It was not ready so they gave me a loaner for the time they had it. They didn't have to. Mike in sales did a fantastic job working through all the kinks. Very happy with my service and purchase. Great work guys.

The oil change place here is a joke. It used to be a forever wait. Now you have to drive your car into a separate garage so they can take your car over to the oil change place. I have my dog with me so I headed to Graff AGAIN. I’m annoyed every time I try to get an oil change here. No clue how they get more than one star.

Had my Ram serviced by Tubbs. Couldn’t be happier. Very nice people that were quick to follow up as the repair was progressing. Ultimately the repair was done when they said it would be completed Lisa answered all of my questions promptly as I had them. Well worth the 120 mile round trip drive.
