I don't know what all the hype is about. I hate this place. I have an auto loan here and I had a business bank account. Their online services are extremely limited and they only have branches in this area so if you travel you are screwed. Can't even pay the auto payment online. You have to mail it or go in. Not a bank for millennials.

Also, every time I go in there the line is to the door. I needed to speak with a loan officer and went in three different times. I waited in their waiting area and drank burnt coffee for 45 minutes before leaving. THREE TIMES. I took my business elsewhere.

I have been a member at this bank for 13 Years.. This bank is offering False Rates on CDs for a "6 MONTH CERTIFICATE." I put a huge amount of money untouched for 6 months and was supposed to receive 5% even on my Return. well the day my CD maturity date came due, this bank only gave me 2.49% of the promised 5%. I asked more than 20 questions before opening this and was told yes I would receive the full amount after 180 days. I did not. This is just a huge misleading Scam to pull people's money in the banks.. Do not be tricked and hustled like i was. Told the bank staff to have management call me and talk they did not return my call.
Joke! I will be banking elsewhere asap. So if you open a CD be aware YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE FULL RETURN!

Me and my wife have been long time customer with this credit union and we went to the location on Saturday needing to get some paper work notarized . None of their locations have a lobby open on Saturdays anymore. They used to be the best for customer service in the market, working people need a full service bank that is open on Saturday. We went across the street to Regions and they helped us at zero charge and we will be back this week to close out our accounts with TVFCU , what ever young texter they have running them needs to understand that older people have the money and want customer service and a hand shake at times
