I dont like leaving bad reviews but i feel bad because i was just trying to help my brother look for a decent used car after our father passed away recently and would usually be the one to help him with this sort of thing and we thought we finally found someone we could trust..we were sadly mistaken. After Chris financed just a few thousand dollars for my bro with a %20+ interest rate..he sold him a sketchy ass warranty on top of it. 1 month after buying his car he had a minor issue. Not only was Chris absolutely no help in finding a place to accept the warranty...the warranty company also couldn't give list of any shops to accept the warranty work and basically told him he was on his own to find a shop himself. He finally found a shop though. The final straw was after the shop having his car for 2 days the warranty company refused to cover the minor issue with the cooling fan staying on after shutting car off. Guess i should've actually went in the office with my brother when Chris was giving him such a "great deal" and pressuring him into a shoddy warranty.-"OLDEST CAR DEALER IN CROWN PONIT"-the sign boasts...not sure how that's possible with this kind of service. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know or care about. Thanks for nothing Chris. 👎

Fantastic dealer and awesome customer service. Not sure why there are even any negative reviews at all on here, but Chris was amazing and a huge help. Super honest and straightforward guy. Definitely would recommend him to anyone, especially anyone wanting a good quality vehicle with no issues. 10/10 experience

The used car buying experience can be nerve wracking because it's hard to know if you're really getting a good reliable car. At Ultimate they made the whole process low pressure and low stress. I purchased a great first car for my daughter at a really fair price. I usually buy new cars but these guys might have changed my mind for the future. They constantly get good quality stuff to choose from. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Bought a 2004 Z71 from them. Great family. Talked to grandpa dad and son 3 generation of family. Honestly drove 5 vehicles and they had the best price best service and honest as could be about the vehicle. All car guys and know what they are selling. If
something isnt right on the lot they fix before putting it out forsale. I'd buy again.
