This place is closed at all the convenient times for customers. Closed at lunch. Closed on Monday. Two associates lock the doors and eat together inside instead of going to lunch separately. What bank closes routinely EVERY Monday? This was a 3rd bank/credit union I thought I would try out to see if I liked it or not. I don’t need it and they have repetitively indicated they don’t need me. Inconvenient locations, inconvenient hours of operation. Even when I make a mobile deposit in the same amount on a consistent basis they hold my funds unless I call them requesting an early release. I just can’t find the value in this place. I seldom post negative reviews unless I find it warrants it. This place begs to be trashed. If you are into low customer service, traveling distance to find an open location and enjoy having your hard earned cash held needlessly in red tape, give it a try. It sucks.
