I am put in a bad mood every time I visit this branch. One of their employees has a car plastered with political bumper stickers that are openly offensive to over half of the Broomfield community who votes for a certain party. To be clear, I have no problem with stickers supporting any candidate or party. I just don’t appreciate being offended when I visit a business. I have mentioned this to branch managers twice.
UPDATE: Vectra customer service contacted me after I posted my original review. I provided them more detail about the offensive stickers and included a photo. They responded that I should, “Please be assured that the issue has been addressed”. Well I sure don’t know what they mean by “has been addressed”. The car and its’ offensive stickers are still present as of Feb 3.
Vectra apparently chooses to do nothing about an employee who openly expresses offensive views to customers of one political viewpoint, and does so in the bank’s own parking lot. I have to wonder where Vectra draws the line on its employees expressing offensive views? One might also question whether this is related to another google reviewer who is experiencing issues with this branch allegedly due to racial bias.

My husband occasionally cashes large checks from his employer at this location. They are legitimate payroll checks and they have verified with his employer more than once. Today they tell him they will no longer cash his checks without him proving he lives in the area. Did i mention my husband is black? Not only do we live in the area, he makes more money than all of them and if they dare require a utility bill from him the next time he comes in to cash his check, they will stare down the face of a discrimination lawsuit. You all should be careful who you pick on. I will jump up and down and scream from every rooftop that you are bias and i will drag you into court. I know youre not requiring utility bills from your white customers. I work at the same place and nobody ever asked me for a utility bill to cash my check. Not that it’s any of your business, he cashes his check instead of depositing it into his account to make sure the money is in his account to pay his crew of 8 men. He goes from your bank to his and then does payroll. How dare you tell him he has to bring a utility bill in. He has all of the ID required and you know who he is because you call our employer every time he comes in. The other branches Called our employer the first time and never had to do it again. Disgraceful. I am Amending this reviee to put the back on blast. We are filling a lawsuit and fully expect to prevail. Here is Similar case law.

The people here are amazing if you are triggered about someone's car and freedom of speech i suggest you go to a terrace bank you'll be happy at no one here is unprofessional nor do they bring political conventions everyone is treated the same & there is no hate here.

Made a cash deposit into their ATM it had a malfunction, & didn't credit $250 of my deposit. Called the branch next day they said another company managed their ATM so I have to wait till they service it to get my deposit. I called customer service line & they said I have to dispute it. It's been over a week, & it's their ATM! You don't notice an extra $250 in cash in it!? They have cameras on them. You can't see who made the deposit!? Total lack of responsibility!

This is the best bank branch I have ever found. Who raves about a bank? Until I came in here, I sure didn't. As long as my previous banks didn't mess up my deposits, I was okay. But Vectra Broomfield goes far beyond in every measure of customer service. They are friendly and greet me by name. As an independent business owner they meet and exceed my business banking needs. It isn't just me either, everyone I know who banks there raves about the great service. You owe it to yourself to see what I mean!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are thieves and steal from there customer's. They change their policy's based on what benefits them. And no matter who you call/talk to/ask nobody has an answer to give you. I asked why the policy that they told me was in place 6 months ago want being applied and all I got after 6 hours on the phone and 2 trips in was its up to the branch . I was like my original branch is closed. And they said sorry we don't know what to tell you. Save your money. Save your credit. Go somewhere else!!!!

We were told of service we never got, it doesn't function like a normal bank. Your bill pay doesn't pull out immediately like it would with any other bank I've ever used so, you really have no way of keeping up with how your bills are being paid unless you keep an old-fashioned check register. Let's face it those aren't exactly what anyone uses anymore in the digital age. What's the point of having bill pay If you have to monitor it like you were going to pay the bills yourself? If you close an account and something comes through after the account is closed it will reopen and overdraft it. The tellers don't really care that this isn't how banks are supposed to work and that this isn't something that's standard. They just tell you that they can't do anything about how their Bank works. Well, you could you know, talk to somebody that has the ability to do that. Or you could just let me.
