My husband took his car here to get his collectable camaro serviced. It said to service tire monitor. It was returned to us with grease on the door handle and interior, 11 miles on it, the entire drivers side from front wheel to back quarter panel including the fender well was muddy (this car is washed, covered in a custom silk cover and garaged daily after being washed) and after just having a recent alignment, has a new shaky steering wheel that pulls the car to the right. We talked to the service manager who was very polite, but not helpful resolving the situation. If this is how his car has been treated, why would we want to bring it back? We wanted a reimbursement on an alignment at a place of our choosing. They just lost a $1500 job in future work with their inability to provide customer satisfaction.

I will never buy another car from this dealership. I purchased my 2019 Trax six years ago and still remember the terrible experience from that day. I told the sales person I wanted to be able to safely buckle my seat belt since I am a larger person. He told me seat belts are over-rated. I don't care if they are over-rated, I wanted to be safe and wear a seat belt. Also, I didn't want to listen to the sales pitch from the finance department since it was very late at night. I just wanted to sign the paperwork and go home. As he was handing me the documents, he told me he hoped I hit a deer on the way home. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names but that is no way to treat your customers.

After having a major problem, with my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado, over a weekend they were able to get me in first thing on a Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, provided me with a loaner vehicle (because the part had to be ordered and would not be there until the next day), repair was done the next day and coverage was provided through my extended warranty (I assume it was the extended warranty as they told me there was no charge to me). Very professional and knowledgeable staff kept me informed of progress and when I called to add on an additional service, they didn't hesitate to make it happen!! Would (and have) recommend Vic Koenig to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle as their service department backs up the sales department with quality workmanship.

This has been my second positive experience with Vic Koenig Chevrolet in Carbondale. Alex D. helped us both times and I can't recommend him enough! My son purchased his first car from Alex this past summer. Last weekend, I took my 77 year old mother in to look for a new car. She was very nervous as this was her first car purchase in 20 years, and her first big purchase since becoming a widow. Alex was so very patient and kind with her. He listened to her concerns and what she wanted most in a new vehicle. She purchased a Malibu from him and she is so happy!! Thank you Alex! We will be back for our next car!
