I just want to say my experience at Volvo Cars Walnut Creek was phenomenal!! The girls at the front desk were very helpful and kind when setting up my appointment. The service advisors: Mike, Tyler and Marco were very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to when I had questions and concerns on my car. As well as the service manager Grant being very efficient and accommodating! Overall I love the proficiency and great energy that comes out of the Walnut Creek Volvo Dealership!! Would definitely recommend!!!!!

I had a great service experience at Volvo Walnut Creek this week! Tyler was my service rep. He was very informative and professional. They were able to do a quick diagnostic test, replaced the battery and camera. The rest of the service team was very helpful too. The waiting area is very pleasant and for longer service visits the shuttle service makes the transport easier. Thank you!

I was torn between leasing several different PHEV vehicles (Porsche, BMW & Volvo). It was tough, as all three had pros and cons and we have owned, at one time or another in the past, each of these vehicles. Ultimately, I chose the 2025 Volvo XC60 plug-in hybrid T8 because of it's reputation for quality, safety, and value. Also, the Volvo handles beautifully and has the best charging and gas mileage metrics.

The folks at Volvo are outstanding. They are welcoming, friendly and know everything about their cars (unlike the sales reps at other dealerships like BMW Fremont).

A big THANK YOU to sales associate Tori Caria.Tori is low-key (no hard sales push) but extremely knowledgeable about the car's features. She always made herself available for multiple test drives and quickly found a vehicle that matched my exact specifications.

Managing and processing the lease was a breeze with Zach Bressem.

On the day of my pick-up I was pleasantly surprised to meet Eric Geissler who spent a full hour patiently explaining each and every feature (tech and manual) of this great car. INVALUABLE!

I'm fully enjoying my beautiful 2025 Volvo XC60 plug-in hybrid (denim blue exterior/amber leather interior). In my opinion the plug-in hybrids are the way to go for the near future - you have electric for short distance, day-to-day driving and, when needed, the convenience of gas for longer excursions (don't miss the charging anxiety on long trips in the Tesla). After one week, I've been able to operate the car in full electric mode by charging at home when needed.

Excellent services from sales to finance to car delivery. It was painless all the way through. Our sales person Trey Ferro made the experience a smooth and trouble free one, and patiently explained all aspects of the car (took a while with all the questions :-)). Hands down, Trey was the best sales person to work with. I knew the exact vehicle I was looking for and it happened to be on their lot which was 2hrs from where I lived. I sent an inquiry and received an email from Trey the next day. He was quick to reply and answer any questions I had, as well as send me multiple quotes and finance options. Because I was trading in a truck and trying to maximize available rebates, Trey was able to provide accurate, fair, transparent quotes. While he wasn't working on the only day I was available to make the 2hr drive to WC, he came in specifically to meet me and show me the vehicle. I hadn't committed to the purchase yet, but the vehicle was spotless, gassed up, charged, and ready to roll off the lot if I was ready. Trey was very friendly and had excellent interpersonal skills - he wasn't pushy or overbearing and he dedicated his time specifically to you. During the test drive, Trey was quiet but answered any questions I had and he pointed out some fun features of the car. Once I decided to make the purchase, I was transferred to Zack in finance and he was great as well. He explained everything honestly and even caught that I was eligible for a service plan rebate for the truck I traded. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with the Volvo WC team and I absolutely love my new car. Thanks for a hassle-free, easy, pleasant experience guys!

The Volvo service team is always in good contact with me throughout the entire maintenance process, including text video updates on the inspections they make on the vehicle (tread depth, pad width, etc.). I have never seen that before; pretty cool service feature. I typically wait during service. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable enough to do the time if you bring a distraction. New building also totally worth it.

The regular service was fine but a part of the center console was broken off when we got the car back.

UPDATE- I replaced the part myself just to confirm it wasn’t worth $500 in labor fees. It was the center console lid. It took me 15 minutes. So to recap. They were going to charge me - a female customer - $500 for 15 minutes worth of labor. And if it does take them hours to do it, then I am more qualified than anyone working there because I did it in 15 mins. Truly horrible business practices. NEVER GO HERE.

As usually the absolute worst service ever. Even if you live near this dealership go to Volvo Marin instead. The sales and service dept her are absolutely the worst. I bought my car from them but stopped having it serviced there long ago. Today I went because I accidentally booked service there instead of Marin and left. They wanted to charge me $500 to install a simple part just because I purchased it from Volvo Marin and not from them. And then sent me this survey about my experience! That trigger should have been intercepted for sure;)
