The guy with the pony tail (didn’t catch his name) working the photos section is absolutely amazing! I always place my Walgreens photo pick up for this location because this guy always makes sure we have our photos in a timely manner. He’s a rockstar and deserves a lot of recognition for it. He even made sure we got our Christmas cards on time on Christmas Eve while also helping multiple customers do the same in person and on the phone.

If you have capital one and need to make cash deposits to your account avoid this Walgreens to do that. I had already done a deposit at this location once and tried again on Dec 16th but was not able to. The two people there were either completely clueless or were not trained properly on completing this task. They also claimed the limit is $500 yet per Capital One it’s $999. I had to go to another Walgreens which had zero issues with my deposit and confirmed the limit to deposit is $999.

When I entered the store, an employee immediately told two times that the store closes in twenty minutes. No big deal. I only needed 5 specific things. She followed me around the store but never asked if I needed help. Ten minutes in, the same employee informs me that the store closes in ten minutes. I tell her that I "hear" her and "understand" (translation = leave me alone now). When I pay for my stuff I want to use my Walgreens Cash Rewards for part of it. the employee tells me I don't have any cash rewards available.
I pay then go to my car and pull up my Walgreens account. I have $10.36 in Walgreens Cash rewards! With only a couple of minutes to spare I grab my receipt and hustle back inside. Ope! The door is locked. She locked the door! It's 9:58p.m. This rude employee had me so flustered and anxious, I wasn't even comfortable to check my rewards balance in front of her. Then she immediately locks the door after making a mistake that cost me money.

Just interacted with Hunter, Pharmacy Manager. Called this morning to multiple pharmacies to see who had a nebulizer available. This pharmacy had one. Just went to pick it up and was told, with an attitude, “I can’t guarantee that it will be ready before 3pm”. You can’t guarantee that a MACHINE can be ready now? This isn’t a refill, this isn’t pills to be counted or liquid to be measured. This is for BREATHING per the ER. So according to Hunter…. Doesn’t matter how important or urgent your need is. Even if it’s for BREATHING… wait in line. I’ll be transferring all prescriptions out. Thank you for your service, Hunter 👍

Pharmacy is a joke. Just sat on hold for two and a half hours to end up driving to the store to wonder why I was on hold for so long. One person in line. No one in the drive thru. Just didn’t want to pick up the phone. Two pharmacy technicians but only one helping customers. Pure laziness. They only got one star because it’s required.

The night manager was not helpful at all in finding my fedex package. The other staff member did not help at all becasue she had a 10 people line at the cashier. Caused me a drive back.
