I’d like to let management know how much much I appreciate the service that I received at their dealership. Mike Thompson is a phenomenal service representative. He is highly knowledgeable and always greets me with a sense of importance which is one of the reasons why I trust my Challenger with them and keep coming back.

I’d also like to give a shoutout to Victor Dominguez, salesman, who greeted me at the dealership this morning. He was very kind and gave me his contact information even though I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle at this time. He offered to arrange service with the service department if I ever needed his assistance.

The dealership has been nothing less than professional even though I’ve never purchased a vehicle from them. Thank you!!! The great people there seem to really work hard at what they do and it shows.

I surfed the Internet and drove through dealership lots for months pondering what new vehicle I might purchase. Short version: I drove around the Walker Dealership for the first time. A sales agent approached my window and asked with a smile if he could show me around. A few hours later I traded in my 2003 truck for a brand new 2023 Jeep Renegade and drove off the lot happy as a teenager. After about three weeks driving this vehicle on mountains, city streets and open highway I love it. Perfect match for my wife and me. We're in our 70's and we don't do rocky creek beds like young folks but the Renegade is a genuine 4x4. Loaded with premium electronics and roomy. The sales staff and the whole buying process was great. The trade in credit was great.

Normally I wouldn't do this but when you feel threatened at a place of business I want to warn others so they dont have to deal with it.

I took my Jeep to Walker Cdjr, Hurricane Wv in Hurricane WV on Friday, June 20 and again on Monday, June 23. When I picked up my Jeep, I made a comment about them being a joke cause they didnt fix my Jeep nor could tell me where it was parked (short version). They service rep (bald man, didn't get a name) chased me through the parking lot cussing me and threatened to hit me while trying to find my Jeep.

I caution anyone from going there if you have issues with your vehicle.

My engine wire harness was broken and they are trying to blame Dutch Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Dutch Miller did do some work for me back May 2024. Walker did replace a sensor back in February 2025 which would have to had touched the wiring, but doesn't want to admit.

My post is to caution anyone from feeling threatened by their employees. Although, I don't recommend them to service your vehicle either.

I recently came here on September 10th to see what trucks they had in stock. I was looking for a full size with the 19 speaker Harman kardon sound system. The salesman, Artis Johnson, came out and greeted me. He was very courteous and professional. We test drove a couple of trucks, and I decided on one. The sales manager, Jason, was easy to work with, and we negotiated a deal. I even ordered some original Mopar accessories and had them installed at the dealership. I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend giving them a look. Ask for Artis Johnson!

It’s been over a year since buying our Wagoneer and have still had nothing but the best experience with Walker. When originally buying our vehicle our salesman Vic told us if we ever needing anything to contact him and he meant it. I shoot him a text and sets up appointments for oil changes and such. They go above and beyond here and will always have our business because of employees like him. Service department is outstanding and have no complaints. Definitely choose Walker when looking for your next vehicle.

After buying a certified pre-owned Ram I recently discovered my back glass leaking and for how long I do not know. I called them to see if there was anything they could do about it and was told on my model there was no recall and they couldn’t cover it. If you get on any online Ram forum these trucks have continual problems with back glass, antenna & 3rd break light leaks. Sounds like it’s Rams problem and they shouldn’t be pumping these trucks out of the factory without fixing them or covering any problems that arise. Probably wont be shopping at Walker again & telling everyone I know not to as well or buy Ram products & I will more than likely be switching to Ford or Chevy. Even Ram’s national customer help line was no help in this matter. Blatant disregard for their customers and a bad business model.

Where do I start. Horrible customer service to start with. Could say careless and incompetent too. IF you can get someone to answer the phone in the service department, your doing good. Left 3 messages for them to call me back and nothing. Last time I talked to Tyler in the service department, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, he told me he would call back on the next Monday. Nothing.

Had my power door lock fixed under warranty there last time they had my vehicle. They sent us a postcard saying our part had arrived and to schedule the service in 5 days or they would send my ALREADY PAID FOR part back. I do that, then they call me asking why my vehicle was there, that my part wasn’t in yet. Denied sending me a postcard even though I had it at home and described in in detail to them. Had to reschedule my car a third time for the fix. Then they left a cover plate off my inside door panel leaving an exposed bolt head. Really?

Now I need recall work on the battery that’s potentially a fire hazard and they ghost me. Won’t answer the phone and won’t call back. Dutch Miller got me scheduled in immediately and will get my business from now on.
