I am very disappointed with my purchase of a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek through this dealer. While checking out the vehicle, I noticed the exhaust was louder than normal, and the suspension rattled during my test drive. When I brought it to their attention and said I would like to get the vehicle checked out, I was provided the inspection report and assured me their mechanic's inspection showed all was ok, the car passed smog, and the carfax had an extensive maintenance history and that it is a used car after all. Tina went on about how reputable they are and how they aspire to be a class above the typical used car dealer. She told me other parties were interested and expected the car to be sold within the day. After having the vehicle thoroughly checked out with a mechanic, I was informed that the muffler is leaking, there are numerous suspension components needing repair, and the front brakes need replacement, amounting to over $3,000 in estimated repairs, as you can see in the attached images, not including the cost to replace the muffler. Ultimately, I am thoroughly disgusted and beating myself up for not following my gut and just walking away. Sure, their prices are cheaper than elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. I got bamboozled by their professional demeanor and meaningless assurances, but at the end of the day, they are just the run-of-the-mill used car dealer. I cannot, therefore, in good conscience, recommend this dealer to anyone. If you do buy make sure you get it checked out!

I just bought the IS200T Lexus 2017 from here. I am so glad I found this place. It is small dealership but it was cheaper than other places I went. First I checked around online and compared all of them about the price, the mileages, the year, the model of the cars… I found this car but it didn’t even had pictures yet. I was called and Tina said the car wasn’t there yet but she will call me first when it comes. I was worried that the car will sales before me, so I when there to see in person… lol. The gentleman said “don’t worry! Tina will call you first”. Next couple days Tina was called and I make appointment with her at the first customer in the morning. I am so happy with Tina Service and the car running great!!!.

Bought a car from Tina today and the entire transaction was flawless. She agreed to meet me at a time that was convenient and was upfront about the cost and all fees associated with the transaction. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the cars. I’ve been to quite a few dealers as of late and some of them force you to buy their “dealer installed options” but not Walnut Creek Auto Brokers. It took less than 2 hours to walk out with the car and that’s a record for me. I highly recommend Tina to anyone who is looking for a used car.

Just to say a couple of good things about their inventory. I looked at 2 Audi Q5’s and they were both in immaculate condition. They were so nice I had to debate which one to buy. I also looked at the other cars on their lot and they were all in similar condition. This just tells me that they do their due diligence when purchasing.

Just purchased a used car and it was a very pleasant experience unlike the big car dealers where you spend an entire stressful day negotiating with salesmen.
Tina is great to work with, she's very knowledgeable and reasonable so you won't get any of the usual sales tactics.
I'd highly recommend them if you want an honest seller and a straightforward transaction.
