I highly recommend Walnut Creek Ford, especially Omar, the dealer who helped me.

I had done a lot of research beforehand, and have called 2 other dealerships already. I'm prepared to negotiate prices back and forth, but folks at Walnut Creek Ford were transparent with the pricing, and were really willing to find a car and price that made sense to me. They pride themselves on delivering amazing service and extremely competitive prices because their strategy is to make you happy so you bring more customers and I think that strategy makes total sense.

I worked with Omar and he actively looked for ways for me to save money, and he knew the ins and outs of the car extremely well. We also hit some insurance hurdles and Omar also handled the entire process with me over multiple painful hours.

THIS is the kind of review I LOVE to share!

Here's the TL:DR: Purchasing from Walnut Creek Ford was the best experience I've EVER had dealing with auto dealerships! I've purchased dozens of new & used vehicles over the years and had some horrible experiences & PTSD walking into an auto dealership.

The Mrs & I recently purchased a 30' RV travel trailer as well as a Lifetime National Parks Pass. We took a few camping trips & determined the trailer is a little too big & heavy for our Tacoma. So we decided to seek a 'proper truck'. We did some research and narrowed our search to a 2024 or 2025 Ford F-250, Chevy Silverado 2500HD & Dodge Ram Ram 2500.

While at Walnut Creek Ford I was looking at the new F-250 and suffered some sticker shock. Meanwhile, Patrick Cahill politely approached, introduced himself & offered to answer any questions. I told him I was in exploratory mode & explained we were looking for a truck; the makes & models we were considering and Ford was my first stop. After walking the lot, I was about to leave. I asked Patrick for his card so I could be on my way. Patrick asked if I saw anything I liked. I told him I was experiencing some sticker shock but would round back to him after we looked at some other dealerships. Pat pointed to a super clean, low miles Ford Certified Pre-Ownd 2017 F-250 saying it just came on the lot from a regular customer. Amazingly, it checked all our boxes and offered at a fraction of the cost of a new. I told him I'd return with my wife. Pat advised me there were two others interested and planned to come back the following afternoon. So I made a 10AM appointment. Long story short, we came back, drove it, took it to our mechanic who assured us it was a great find. Their asking price was more than fair, below Kelly Blue Book and came with a warranty to boot. Needless to say we drove it home that afternoon.

Thanks to Walnut Creek Ford I have a renewed respect for Auto Dealerships. Deep appreciation to Patrick, Sales Manager Cary Watson & Finance Manager Kathleen Ingrim for making this our Best Auto Purchasing Experience YET!

(can't say the same for Camping World Vacaville - stay away!)

I was in a bit of a rush to get my Ford Bronco prepped to tow so that I could take delivery of our new Camping Trailer. I contacted the parts department at Walnut Creek Ford, James answered the phone; with the help of my Vin number, he quickly assessed what parts would be needed and ordered them. By the following Tuesday almost everything had arrived. I dropped the Bronco off Tuesday morning with service advisor Andrew G. he diligently communicated with me throughout the entire process and had my vehicle clean and completed in time to take delivery of our new Rv. I was nervous that we would not be able to have everything done in time but Andrew went above and beyond, even had my car washed for me! Thank you, Andrew G. & James!

I apologize for the delay in posting this feedback. I visited the Ford dealership service department for an oil change on March 7, and was greeted by Andrew. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout my visit. Andrew went above and beyond by noticing that my wipers needed replacement and detecting that my tires were worn out and required replacement. His attentive and thorough service was much appreciated. I hope to have Andrew assist me again during my next service visit⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable sales associate, awesome product. I just bought/ leased a Mustang Mach-e .... electric car. I have owned BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes in the past. Jesse James was my sales associate and he was not pushy or salesy... rather he asked me what my driving habits were, what I enjoyed in a car and what my priorities were. The manager has been doing this for a while and has experience in making a deal and throwing in some extras to make the customer feel good. Janice was the finance lady who explained all the paperwork to me and made the buying process easy and straight forward. I am super impressed with this dealership, their customer service is superior (better than BMW & Mercedes). I love LOVE my new car. I highly recommend this particular dealership in Walnut Creek. Highly recommend without reservations. Great team of people who are honest and straight forward.
