I had a wonderful experience here. Jenny was very helpful over the phone. When I arrived Tyler greeted me promptly and got things going right away. He and Jake were very kind and helpful and explained everything in detail. Truthfully I don't think I'll go anywhere else to car shop again. Thank you guys for my new car!

My husband and I are extremely happy with the service we received at Warren Midtown Motors. The moment we walked in, the receptionist greeted us, and offered us coffee. Any staff we saw gave us friendly greetings, and made us feel like friends. Our sales agent Erin was fantastic about everything. She worked hard to get us the best deal possible, smiling the whole time. We drove a little over an hour to get there, but it was so worth it, and a great experience. Went to Midtown Motors to try to trade in my car. I didn't think I would be able to get a good car with my income. Erin went above and beyond to get me financed with a payment I can afford. The car she found me is in top condition with decent miles on it. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly helpful and caring. I highly recommend Midtown Motors. My lease to my car was ending soon and I needed a new car. I’ve had my eye on an escape for serval years now and decided to make the change. Everyone at Midtown motors, in Warren PA, were phenomenal. I currently live in Erie And they made the trip down to Warren, so worth it. I can’t recommend Midtown Motors more. I’ve gotten three cars from them and all three I have loved. Craig, in the sales department, is very professional. He made the purchase of my Bronco easy and stress free. We went through all of the features before I left the dealership and he took the time to answer my questions. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful. A good experience from beginning to end.

I traveled from SC to buy a SUV I found online. The team at Midtown Motors were absolutely amazing to work with. Jenny was very responsive and helped me reach a comfort level to make the journey. They sent a driver (Jack) to pick me up at BUF who was great company on the long drive. Erin, my sales person, was very helpful and great to work with. She addressed any questions and concerns quick & easy. I waited for Jake in finance to give me the hard sell, but I found another person who was great to work with and informative. Oh, and Mary the receptionist was very hospitable making sure I was comfortable throughout the process and gave me great recommendations on places to eat before the long ride home. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure doing business with this team and the next time I'm in the market, I won't hesitate to see what Midtown Motors has in stock.
