We had our new truck serviced by Midtown. It needed an oil change and tire rotation.
I waited for it to be done since I live out of town. They were kind and directed me to their waiting area. In that area, they had beverages to drink , cookies and a tv to watch. They also have a nice restrooms close to the waiting area. My truck maintenance took about 30 minutes. The cost for this was not bad at all. I have my other vehicle serviced in my home town since it’s older and the cost is about the same. . One thing I did notice about Midtown Motors, they washed my vehicle after servicing it. That was a super nice thing to do!!!!
I definitely recommend them !!!! We bought this (new)truck here and they gave us an exceptional deal and offered us great rewards which we used! It is a great place to do business or get your vehicles serviced!!!!!

Midtown Motors is a great place to service my 2022 Ford Ecosport. I always have options to wait there, get a courtesy ride home or to have my car picked up and returned home. Great options. If I’m waiting it doesn’t take long for a sales or service person to come by for a friendly hello or to make sure I’m offered coffee or water. If additional work is needed I get an estimate up front and I appreciate being able to have options with that also. Quality of work and pricing are very competitive.

I had to come for inspection. While there they reminded me I was over due for my oil change. They did inspection, oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Had me in and out in an hour. While there they frequently asked if I was thirsty or needed a snack. I highly recommend midtown motors for car buying or any kind of service.

Not much good to say. Took it in for inspection and oil change. Wipers worked fine. They call and say “your windshield wipers won’t turn off”. They did something to them then because that was never a problem! Always say my car needs this and that always, even if it was just done! They way overcharge for labor! I am done taking my car there!!!
