I was looking for a cd/cassette player for my Ford Ranger, took 3 tries till I found one that works perfectly, they stand by their word and gave me no hassle. I will go there again. Prices were good too, same as pick and pull without you pulling the parts!

These guys know their stuff. The part was put in my vehicle while i paid and signed and got my reciept. Also there was a cute calico named kitty that was adorable and heart warming i almost wasnt sure it was a real cat until one of the guys Ron pet kitty and let me also pet the cat. They were friendly and fast service thanks guys.

Called ahead to make sure they had a part available, and to also make sure they had it ready by the time I arrived since I live about 45 minutes away. Got there and the part wasn’t ready they hadn’t taken it off the car and also they told me I had to wait 1 hour since their parts person was going for lunch. What a waste of time I just saved myself some headache and ordered from LKQ.

Update: Owner of the establishment I notified the person that answered the phone ahead of time when I left my house to please have the part ready since I lived about 45min to 1hr away. We will agree to disagree.

If you value your time and your money, STAY AWAY from this merchant. Working with them has been a nightmare from start to finish. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff to top it all off.

1. They charged my card a higher amount than was previously agreed. When confronted on this, they said “according to their notes, that’s what was quoted”

2. Their notes were so far off, they didn’t even have the correct phone number to call me back.

3. They insisted that the order had to be shipped to my billing address, but they shipped it to the wrong address. When I called to have it corrected, they stated it was my fault for the wrong address (untrue, and did not match the billing address on my card), but that they will reach out to UPS but it may take awhile.

All in all they are crooks and not worth doing business with. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else.

Avoid this business!! Drove over 90 minutes to get here after getting quoted for a $200 tailgate of which they had two. Arrived to find out "OWNER" quoted wrong price and now it's over $600! They don't honor their own word. Liars and cheats!

The worst experience working with the them, bought a 4k engine, they said it has 90 days of warranty well two weeks after purchase my mechanic installed as he was doing that i asked him to clean the oil pan and replace gasket, we noticed aluminum debris, call this guys and told us to continue installation, installation was completed the engine turned on but as we give it some gas it sounds like a bunch of pieces broken inside, called them and they told us to bring the truck, had to tow it 120 miles to show them. They took a video and said they will talk to owner replace the engine, two days later called them back for updates and they were very unprofessional telling that my mechanic void the warranty by changing the oil and replace the gasket (that is just wrong) after a long discussion, Im back looking for an engine with 4k less on my packet. Very disappointing…
