A deal fell through with another dealership. Webb had the one we were looking for in the right color. I called, Cheryl took my info and passed it on to Blake. Blake immediately called, we started the process. Drove almost 5 hours to pick up the vehicle. They made us feel welcomed, they accommodated us, and between Teagan, Blake and Jeff, words cannot express how amazing this team is to work with. In the future, when I am looking again for my next vehicle, I will be looking at Webb first, even if that means the 5 hours drive there and 5 hour drive back. Very worth my wife and I’s time. I'm really on the fence with this place at this point. Hope they can turn it around!
Came in for clear coat and they can't give me a time or nothing just Wednesday which is fine if your rich or retired....
Now I'm sitting here out front wondering if someone is going to ask me if I need some help because at this point I don't even want the vehicle
Been sitting here for 30 minutes now.

Update, They fixed the clear coat and everything else.

All staff were very nice and helpful. However, after asking for a detail invoice, I noticed that only 6 quarts of oil was used. I have a 3.0 Duramax that requires 7 quarts of oil. The front desk person checked oil in truck and noticed it to be a quart low. He added the needed quart. So issue fixed. Also DEF was added, noticed that the def that was spilled on side of truck was not wiped off. Leaves white residue. Nothing major, I'm just detailed oriented. I would suggest pay attention to detail when service is rendered. Especially oil capacities.
