La peor experiencia mega es la persona más malvada y rasistas esta tarde estuvimos ahí. Para agarrar nuevas placas y no nos las dio porq pide un sin número de cosas que nesecita y ya lo avía echo otra vez no me quiso dar los estiquer solo porq mi licencia no tiene. La dirección actual pero. Mire algo hoy. Que alas personas morenas y ispanas todos salían sin resolver el problema con ella. Ojalá. Y busque otro empleo porq personas como ella no deben trabajar en lugares donde tenga que interactuar con personas ella debe. Buscar ayuda sicológica porq creo esta enferma mental

Not even sure who helped us. But my husband and I went to go purchase our plates. The lady that helped us was extremely rude and made one of us stand because apparently it’s a rule to only have one chair per desk. Which I know is untrue as I have seen couples sit together before. Just weird. We’re supposed to be respectful to them but they can treat us however?

The Agents are very courteous, helpful, and professional .
The wait time to talk to an Agent was quite reasonable. The facilities are mondern and very clean. Overall a decent experience.

I have this 1 day off to get a bunch of errands done and there are only two employees working with 10 new counters available in a brand new building. Staff the building.

I have to say this is the second time I have went to the fort lupton DMV and I am truly happy it went by fast and Rachel was amazing thank you for always being so nice with excellent customer service will be returning again in the future

Megan is very unprofessional and rude to everybody she gets. This isn’t the first time I see people complain about her and they don’t do anything about the way she is rude to everyone I don’t even think they care to talk to her or write her up. If she doesn’t like working Fridays and complains and is that way towards to people she should just leave the job. She doesn’t know Colorado's own rules so I don’t understand why she’s in that position if she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Mostly everyone else does a good job so the fact that she tries telling people they don’t have the right documents or proof baffled me very poor service and terrible communication.
