I must’ve not have been up to their standards…. or their cup of tea per se, because the representative lied straight to my face and said I was denied based off my credit when my credit wasn’t ran. She sounded very insecure, and had a hard time with her lie, she must think I was born yesterday I see any and everything that goes on with my credit and I’m alerted when there’s a hard or soft pull. Please get all your facts straight before you lie directly to someone it may have only been $40 to run my credit but I find it disrespectful to waste my time. About to put this management team in the spotlight.

The manager Juliana is beautiful! Inside and out!! She is Everyday people!!😊
Her and her staff are so friendly.
Juliana listens to my service requests and get right on them to get the jobs done.
Me and my family are very fond of Juliana, she has a open door personality, anytime I need assistance I know without a doubt My manager Juliana will do her best to help me🤗A±+++++++

Owner of the apartment is not professional. Lived with this company for 6 years tried my hardest to ignore all her comments. Had a daughter and in my apartment we noticed a crack in the cealing told the landlord over and over to fix it leaked everywhere. She waited til we had black mold for months to fix. The only reason why she fixed it was because i threatened to sew. ALOT OF CAR THEFTS my car has been broken into 4 times this year. Landlord gossips to other tendents.

I lived here in 2015. The apartment itself was beautiful, we were so excited to move in! in the middle of our lease the manager changed and the lady was absolutely aweful! My boyfriend at the time had anger management issues, things weren't getting any better with him so I decided it would be safer for my son and I to live separately from him. He hurt me when I tried to break up with him so I called police, ended up having to get a restraining order. Took my son and left. Came back with police escorts to get our things. This manager refused to help me and my son in any way! She wouldn't let me off the lease! She Lied to other apartment complexes so my son and I would get denied. Had knowledge of my ex bringing other people who weren't on our lease to live in the apartment and did nothing about it! When my name was stuck on that lease! Until my ex stopped paying rent there, changed his phone number, and his friends and him skipped out leaving the place trashed. Then of course she finally was returning my calls because she wanted my help with cleaning up a mess she completely could have prevented!! And of course stuck my name to that bill with his! After months of dodging my phone calls! I would have to go to the office and have the same discussion with her over and over! I had a restraining order on this guy and she wouldn't let me off the lease!! And just let tons of people live in my apartment and trash it!!! Just let them abandon the premises instead of listening to me! Then has the nerve to have me come sign over the apartment and do the walk through of course it was totally trashed! it was horrible! She is so absolutely unprofessional! She allowed a beautiful apartment to be ruined for no reason! She is a joke!
I had transferd from stockdale pines apartments. (Same company) When I went to tell them my problem they said they absolutely could have taken my name off the lease. I was a wonderful tenant, and they asked if I was looking to come back to my loft there. They had just rented one so I would have to wait until one came availible. I was in shock because that lying manager from westpark said they had nothing availible at stockdale pines and I kept calling and checking up on it and she would grab the line everytime (they were connected so either office could intercept calls for the other) and lie to me!!!! They had an apartment that whole time! I had been waiting for one to come availible and they all rented out because she made sure I never had a shot to go back! I needed a roof over my child's head! I have never had to deal with someone as horrible as this lady was! Stockdale pines owner is the only reason I got my next apartment, she had left me a voicemail about what a great tenent I had been. I let my new landlord hear it and she was in shock because that westpark lady had tried yet again to lie and get me denied from where I'm living now. This lady totally tried to screw a single mom and her beautiful 1 year old over! She is a Hispanic lady with a terrible attitude, hopefully she's been fired by now but if you see her when you go into the rental office, run the other way! Trust me!

Been living here since mid January 2021- up until now there are no problems . If there is anything that needs to be fixed Management responds very quickly. I like the staff and Juliana is very friendly and was great since the beginning. I have had a good experience up until now
