My family has been living here for a good majority of the year and it has been the greatest experience! The sales and main office staff are considerate, friendly, and responsive. The houses are beautiful and affordable and we are so thankful we found this place!

Living at Willow Crossings is a dream come true. Very quiet neighborhood. All of our concerns have always been answered in a timely manner. Haleigh is great and has always been available, even after selling us our house. 100% recommended!!

The homes are beautiful and what we were looking for. However the communication from the staff is not so beautiful. We applied , needed some guidance on how to get into one of these homes, sent a reply email and got no response. Reached out a second time by email on a question we had regarding the rental process and received no response. Sent a follow up mail 2 weeks later and got no response. Also left a voice mail, to date no one has returned our call. If your not a perfect canidate for their homes and fit the mold to buy a home from them from the start then you are nobody is how it left us feeling. Very disappointed. Could see ourselves purchasing after renting for a while one of these homes and retiring in the beautiful community. Moving on to a community that will value our purchase and make us feel like we would be a great part of the community.

First of all: Friendly staff and beautiful homes. Hayley is a delight to deal with and David is very communicative. Second: This place has potential but feels overpriced for what they're offering at the moment. Especially since it's so far north. With the guaranteed rent increases and how much cash they want down to move in, I'm not sure it's as good of long term investment for everyone as they want you to believe. Not that they're deceptive, but think long and hard before moving here. Do the math several times and see if it's better to buy, rent to own, or just rent.
I'm sure it'll be great for some people, but I can see others getting themselves into a bind.
