Went into parts department for a few things and the counter person was very helpful knowledgeable and my parts order arrived accurately! Scheduled my truck for service on a few updates and repairs. The service writer was friendly but in my opinion his communication skills could improve when it comes to repair status and explanation of work performed... Service repair order seems lacking in detail of repairs especially when you are paying a premium for dealership services... The dealership was clean and well organized repairs were completed in a timely manner...

1st time visiting this dealership!
I had an oil change, tire rotation, maintenance, scheduled for 9am. I have a 2024 black interior truck. I've been to quite a few dealerships over the years and I dont remember ever leaving with the interior of a vehicle dirtier than when I came in! Dust on the console and foot prints on driver side car mat. May I suggest a paper car mat on driver side to keep the foot prints off the carpet while servicing vehicle! Not sure how the dust blew in it! Extra work for me to clean and not professional! I started to walk back in and say something! I can only hope everything else was correctly completed! With all the good reviews I expected better service!

This is an update to my earlier review. Mike, service director called to follow up on my previous review to see how they could make it right! I appreciate the extra effort he took to reach out and to make a not so good experience into a great one! The reviews are correct, they strive to be the best and will be my go to for my service needs! Thank you so much!
