Muy mal servicio fui a hacer un cambio de aceite y la persona que esta en el escritorio en el taller casi quería que yo metiera la camioneta hasta el lugar donde le harían el cambio de aceite y como si tuviera huevonada de todo aparte un trato muy despota cuando anteriormente me daban muy buen servicio cuando llegue estaba platicando con mas miembros de ahi y tuve que esperar hasta que acabaran de platicar de sus cosas personales que no tenían nada que ver con el trabajo si pudiera poner 0 pondria 0 la persona se llama andrew

This dealership is hands down the best car place I have been to by far. From the time I opened the door to the time I left was a great vibe. EVERYONE from sales to the GM were very helpful and understanding of my situation. When Charles and Theron said they will get my loan approved they meant it and that’s what they did. VERY grateful to find such an awesome dealership that actually took the time to help me. Thank you all for the hard work I appreciate you all!!!

Last month (12/2024) my Jeep came down with two problems, about two weeks apart. While neither shut down my vehicle, both needed to be fixed rather urgently. I called Yoder. Laura did an excellent job both times getting my Jeep in to be looked at. Andrew checked my vehicle. Both times, he was able to take care of my issue in a matter of minutes, and I was on the road. The customer service and general friendliness were outstanding. I have several years of customer service experience; excellence of customer service and problem resolution are my two hot buttons. Your people hit it out of the park. Keep up the excellent work.

I dropped my car off 1/11/25 for an appointment on 1/13/25 @ 10. The check engine light was on but told the lady on the phone that I had the extended warranty, and I would leave the paperwork on the passenger seat.

I didn't receive a phone call until 1/15/25- Andrew states that's warranty doesn't cover everything and it's going to be $700, warranty covers about $1000.

I'm a little confused my husband says Andrew says the electrical part is not covered and Yoder new hourly rate has increased, so we have to pay the difference. So, I call back and ask to talk to Andrew- I ask him for an itemized email of the issues found on the car, how much extra they are charging me hourly etc. He was VERY frustrated with that request. He started rambling off all the things wrong with it. In that process I catch that the electrical issue he keeps saying is my car battery- I'm like "Wait, are you saying my car battery is bad?" and he's like "Yeah, I said electrical."

We go back and forth about that; it is under warranty at a different location. However, it was very sleazy, in my opinion. Electrical can mean so my different things in cars these days. Still refuses to give me a itemized email on what's wrong with my car so I can call my warrant company to ask why they won't cover all the time/labor. (Of course, i would pay my deductible)

We approve the work ONLY because it's going to cost me the around the same to pay their diagnostic fee. I did end up paying around 300.00 my deductible is 100. I paid an extra 200 for their hourly fees. It's 1/22/25

They call 2/5/25 my car is ready. We go try and pick it up on 2/8/25- No one, I mean no one can tell us how to get our car out of there gate.

We pay for the services over the phone Monday morning. My husband tells them please leave the key under the mat, paperwork and warranty on the seat I will swing by after work to go and pick it up. We try AGAIN- No key is left in the car. No paperwork. No warranty. And the car is DEAD.

So, we try AGAIN 2/14/25- Andrew can't find my keys when we show up (not surprised). We get the car started and it is finally in our property! I still have no receipt and no warranty paperwork.

My car DID in fact run out of gas leaving their place, so I did appreciate that!!

If you can go ANYWHERE else, please do. Purifoy was a wonderful dealership, but I would not say the same about Yoder. Please learn from my mistake.

One of the best group of individuals you can meet , it like there all family There, excellent communication and A1 service!!
The lounge got a varieties of hot drinks, like hot chocolate, and cappuccino maker.
The guys go the extra limit for there and make you feel welcome and appreciated
