If I could give a negative 5 I would! Bought a car from this dealership and have had nothing but issues with it. Spoke to the manager and was basically told we are on our own. He was not at all apologetic for us having issues either, he reminded me it was an "as is" purchase...which of course I understand but when we haven't even had it long enough to put plates on it there is a problem! If NOTHING else it would have been nice for them to offer to run it through their shop to do a diagnostic to at least see what the issue is. He told me they ran it through before we bought it and everything checked out...interesting enough when we were on the lot looking at it the sales person told us they JUST got it and they hadn't ran it through the shop yet. So someone sure isn't being honest. It would have been easy for them to make it right, but I guess customer service isn't their top priority. Hard expensive lesson for us, we will never ever buy from this dealership again.

Horrible experience! Dropped my car off with a brand new battery when we went to pick it up car couldn't even be jumped. Bought a new battery tried to start it not a drop of gas in it. Got fuel and it took awhile but started. They stated they started the cars once a month. Obviously not with no gas and a battery so dead!😡

I will not use this dealer again. I dealt with the owners Valerie and Chris. I was told by the owner Chris that there was only one leak on a hose on the truck I bought....after putting on 1000+ miles I found 2 mechanical seals leaking. These leaks were pressure washed and hidden very well at the time of purchase. The 1 key fob for the truck did not work and they did purchase me a new one later however rather than providing a key fob for a vehicle listed as keyless entery they handed me a broke fob and a battery. They were not knowledgeable about the truck they sold me. Chris claimed that this truck was owned by a local person he knew and the truck had been cared for. I found a form in the truck showing that the truck was once part of enterprise rental company. As I tried to question the owners about how their business handles issues that arise after a purchase they had another employee return my call and he claimed that when vehicles get old the key fobs don’t work and also without any concern he claimed that I should have looked at the truck I bought from them better. I am disappointed in the honesty of this business.
