My car loan has been with Zinc Finance for a couple of years, and was doing alright with my payments, until I had some personal issues come up and I fell behind on paying my car payment. I was receiving phone calls from the staff quite a bit and the messages that were left were so rude and made me feel as if I were a criminal the way I was talked to when I did call, so I didn’t return the calls because of the rudeness. Until finally got call from Stephen, so polite and extremely professional: he indicated I he wanted to help me keep my car,. A few days later Stephen calls letting me know he got my car payment lowered almost by half. Stephen NEVER made me feel like a terrible person, but understood I just needed help: Zinc please recognize Stephen as one of your more Professional and understanding employees. I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to take the time in right one because my experience change so much and I wanted to share it with you. I’ve been dealing with sync auto finance for a few years now and honestly my experience Had not been the best I tried my best, not to even have to deal with them in regards to anything other than just giving my payment, But I say encountered some issues I was helped by a man name Stephen he showed empathy good customer service followed through and always check on me to make sure his assistance Was Efficient So I wanted to take the time and acknowledge his great service

I had the pleasure to speak with a wonderful woman by the name of Catherine! She asked me about my car and told her about what happened with me having to fix on my car since i’ve had it. She was able to speak with her higher up and i was approved for a reduction in my monthly payment…not to mention getting my APR lowered. All i can say is “Catherine…you are an Angel” thank you so much

This finance company is the worst I ever worked with I was financed through this company and I asked them to defer my payment most companies will defer 3 payments to the end of auto loan but this company will not what that mean if the defer it for 3 months you will still have to come up with all the back payments so you are still in the hole. They repo my car and would not accept the past payment of $2500 they wanted me to pay the full loan which I think is not legal. I will never do business with this company they are scammers. I had to give them 1 star to post this review

The old management here must be who the bad reviews are for because the new management here gets my 5 stars because these people are going to treat you like family. I recommend this company 100%. They understand that we are human, and that is truly something truly hard to find in most company nowadays.
