I’ve been coming to zing credit union since before they changed their name from Denver community credit union.

I absolutely love this bank specifically this location the entire crew is always welcoming with open arms and are very happy to help.

Samantha, yami, Giselle, Salma, Jackie, and Jonathon are always quick to help

Even when I call in to the bank I specially ask to get transferred to this location because I know they’re very easy going.!

I even recommended 3 people to open up a bank account here

Wow!!!!I am impressed with this team of employees for sure. Jonathan, Jackie, Natalie, Giselle, Yami, and Salma. Oh and I can’t forget about Samantha!!
Many times great employees go unnoticed in this line of work it can be challenging.
I have watched them many times as a team cooperate and communicate professionally when people can be harsh.
I am a business owner and one thing that I recognize is hard work and great customer service.
Many times we need to capitalize on great employees by letting them know how much they are appreciated.
This branch is in a very rough location however,
they still maintain a great attitude.
I just wanted to thank them for their hard work and their dedication.

I went in to the Zing Credit Union off of Alameda, for a problem I was having with a Company that hadn’t refunded my money. Jonathan, Natalie, & Samantha were great in assisting me with my concerns. I tried to deal with the problem at the Zing Credit Union on Acoma, but they were no help. Thanks to these individuals whom went out of their way to help me. I’ve worked with the public before, and some people don’t go out of their way to help, thanks to these 3 people who helped me, Kuddos to them.

I’ve been banking with this Credit Union for over 17 years…since becoming “Zing Credit Union” there have been quite a few changes and continual disappointments. From policy changes, account fees, to closing their doors because of a storm (when 1st Bank down the street stays open to accompany the needs of their customers), it’s hard to say if I will continue banking with them, hoping things will get better, but that’s not been my experience in the last 2 years.
