I've been banking with them for close to 20 yrs now. I've never had one issue with their service, from online banking, their app, and in person interactions at several of their River Valley locations. Always professional and courteous.I've used them for checking, savings, construction loans, and car loans. Never any issues. I can't say that about the bank I used before switching to First National.

I Love all of the people that work at the Greenwood Branch! I just wish that they had told me that I had to keep $100.00 in my account in order to not get charged any service charges. I might have gone somewhere else! Due to being on SS Disability I have to keep it pretty close to the vest every month. And also you have to watch the new employes do not want to give you a receipt for deposits! It just keeps getting WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I clicked on the I ACCEPT to get ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS and do you think it worked NO of corse not still taking it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They put 7 day holds on checks and you can take that same check down the road and cash it with no problem
